Today was day 1! Joel and I did Plyometrics which is basically jumping and squatting a lot. The workout was an hour long and was pretty intense. We did finish the whole workout and I felt great after. I did go buy some new running shoes today and wore those as I work out and that really helped my shins not hurt at all. I really believe that if I do this everyday i will be able to dunk a basketball again. Tomorrow is Arms, Back & Shoulder. I am thinking that will be a pretty tough workout. We didn't do it today because we still have to get a pull up bar and carpet to do the push ups on.
I don't think I will do their nutrition plan since it seems too complex and a bit overkill. I plan on eliminating the junk and eating smaller portions.
I had my beautiful wife take these picture for me and man do I have some trimming to do!
