Well my body was more sore today! I don't know I'd it was a combination of the p90x or the basketball... The Workout today was shoulders and arms and man can I feel it in my triceps! I am very sore, but I still feel really good! The pain is a good pain! I did the full workout using a resistant band and I think next week when I do this workout I will use weights since I didn't like the resistant band as much as I would like weights...
So there you have it!
