Day 2... Chest and Back!

So today was a pretty good workout. I was only able to do 1-3 pull ups throughout the work out and I progressivly got lower and lower on the pushups. All in all it was a good work out and it pushed me. I didn't do much of the lifting because I didn't have a strength band or weights, but i found the one that I have at the house and will take that tomorrow for shoulders and arms. I plan on beating myself tomorrow! I want to feel the burn and the pain! I also did the Ab Ripper X after the workout and let me tell you what... That is a very intense ab workout! It felt great, but man is it hard... I skimped on a few of the workouts (meaning that I didn't complete them, but I did try all of them). I also had a basketball game so I didn't want to overkill everything so that I couldn't play the game.

I am eating a sweet potato now with some chicken and peaches! And of course a cold glass of milk! Ready for bed!
